A shipment-specific freight quotation
Quantity, packed weight, dimensions, destination and service determine the freight quote. Confirm the shipment method, named destination and applicable Incoterms in writing. Complimentary retail delivery does not apply to wholesale orders.

Origin and dispatch, clearly documented
For sourcing from Pakistan to Canada or other markets, manufacturing origin and dispatch location must be confirmed in the order documents. Legal registration and company operations are separate facts and do not establish a product’s manufacturing origin.

Customs, duty & import taxes
Responsibility for freight, duty, import taxes, clearance and documentation follows the agreed shipping terms. Charges may be additional. Confirm importer responsibilities and documentation requirements with your customs adviser before approving shipment.

Production milestones & tracking
Production and freight schedules depend on approved specifications, material availability, required verified payments and the agreed shipping service. Tracking details are added to your buyer portal when available. No universal production or arrival guarantee applies.
