Start with the right leather
Explore supple lambskin, structured cowhide, calfskin and tactile suede across the existing collection. Exact origin, grade, weight and thickness are confirmed where documented, rather than assumed from a photograph.

Develop the details together
Review panel shapes, seam finishing, lining, closures and hardware against a sample or technical brief. Requested construction changes are assessed for feasibility before pricing and production approval.

Agree the quality requirements
Set your size specifications, approved colour references, labeling and packaging requirements before bulk work. Inspection expectations, tolerance and any reporting requirements belong in the approved quotation and production brief.
