Define the standard before production
Record accepted measurements and tolerances, leather and colour references, trims, branding and packaging in the approved brief. Agree inspection requirements and any remedies in the written quotation.

Document a concern
Keep the order and shipment references, photographs, quantities affected and a description of the discrepancy. Contact the sales team promptly so the issue can be reviewed with the relevant production or shipping partner.

Review before returning
Do not send goods back without written coordination. Resolution, return arrangements, transport responsibility and any remake or credit depend on the evidence and the agreed order terms. A blanket consumer return promise does not apply to custom bulk production.
