Made-to-Order & Change of Mind

Because each garment is created individually to client specifications, hide preferences, and custom proportions, change-of-mind returns or cancellations after cutting has commenced are not accepted.

However, should your order arrive with a manufacturing issue, material deviation, or shipping damage, our Client Concierge team will immediately intervene to rectify the matter.

Manufacturing Defects & Specification Differences

In the rare event that a piece exhibits a craftsman defect or differs materially from your confirmed order sheet, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Following rapid evaluation by our senior tailors, we will provide an expedited atelier repair, complimentary replacement, or complete refund as appropriate.

Transit Protection & Protocol

If courier transport damage occurs during transit, please inform SHAIKH & CO. within 7 days of delivery while retaining all original atelier packaging.

Required for Expedited Review:

  • Your order number (e.g. SC-1042)
  • Clear photographs showing the transit damage and outer packaging label
  • A brief description of the condition upon unboxing

Measurements & Fit Guarantee

Our master tailors cross-examine all custom measurement entries prior to hide cutting. If any proportion appears inconsistent with standard ergonomics, we contact you for written confirmation.

If the finished garment fails to align with your confirmed specification sheet, SHAIKH & CO. will modify or remake the garment without fee. If incorrect measurements were supplied by the client, nominal adjustment or remake fees may apply.
