Request an eligible design
Use Order a Sample on an eligible product page. Choose size, colour, customization and delivery details. If the option is unavailable, submit a wholesale inquiry to discuss whether sampling can be arranged.

Approval before an order
Our team reviews your sample request and prepares a quotation for the approved product, development work and freight. Acceptance can be converted into a sample order. No payment or production is triggered by submitting a sample request.

Sample costs & future collections
Only approved sample prices are displayed. Freight and development charges are confirmed in writing. Sample fees are not automatically credited toward bulk production; a credit applies only when expressly configured and included in your agreed terms.

From sample to bulk
After reviewing your sample, reuse the design in your buyer portal to start a bulk inquiry. Quantities, size runs, specifications, pricing and timing are reviewed again for the new order.
